From Depletion to Alignment

​Hi, I’m Sonia—a Certified Health Coach—and I help women who’ve been putting themselves last reconnect with their energy, rhythm, and sense of well-being.

​

I wasn’t always living in alignment. Here’s how I began to reclaim myself.

​

​

For years, I did what many women do: I kept pushing forward.

I worked in the finance industry, doing well on the outside—but beneath the surface, I was running on stress and sheer willpower, with little real drive left.

 

I longed for more freedom, more ease, and space to build a life that actually felt good.

​​​

​​

When I became a mother, everything shifted.

I poured myself into caring for my daughter, while also exploring a new path—studying nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.

 

But the exhaustion didn’t magically disappear. Between motherhood, the pandemic, and no childcare, I felt completely drained.

​​

​

And yet, I discovered something powerful: a new way of being.
I realized that true well-being doesn’t come from perfection or doing more—it comes from presence and returning to yourself, again and again.


From learning to nourish yourself, not just feed yourself.
From moving in ways that feel joyful, not punishing.
From choosing small, meaningful shifts that bring balance—rather than getting caught in all-or-nothing approaches.

This is a space for compassion, clarity, and real transformation—

where you’re allowed to be human,

where progress is personal,

and where joy is part of the process.
