My Journey

From Depletion to Alignment

The women I work with are not struggling because they are undisciplined or uninformed. They are struggling because they are doing everything they were told would work — and finding that it no longer does.

They are tired in ways that rest does not fix. Their bodies feel less predictable. The strategies that carried them through their thirties are no longer sufficient.

I know this experience not only from my work — but from having lived it.

For years, I worked in the finance industry. From the outside, things looked stable. Internally, I was running on stress and pressure with very little real energy left.

When I became a mother, I found myself depleted in a different way — between motherhood, the pandemic, no childcare, and a complete reinvention of my professional life.

What I discovered in that period changed how I understand wellbeing entirely: it does not come from doing more or getting it right. It comes from working with the body rather than against it.

From understanding what your system actually needs — and creating the conditions for it to stabilise again.

This perspective now shapes everything in my work. Rather than applying rigid plans, I focus on helping you understand your body more clearly — so change becomes possible without force.

We start where you are. We stabilise what is already under strain. And from there, we build something that holds.

Curious about the background that shapes this work?
