Between sessions, you have direct access via email or WhatsApp. You won't be left to work things out alone while your body is still adjusting.

Restorative Practices
Simple, repeatable tools that reduce background stress and help your nervous system come out of high alert.
You'll practise breathwork and body-based awareness techniques in every session — not as add-ons, but as the foundation your progress is built on.
You'll also receive guided movement and breathwork recordings to use between sessions — two anchors for morning and evening, plus one practice personalised to your needs.
